Timothy Eichenlaub, MD
Born and raised in a small rural town, Loch Haven, Pennsylvania, Dr. Eichenlaub received his Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania. He then earned his Doctor of Osteopathy degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and he was Chief Resident at Clarion Hospital, where he completed his family medicine residency. His background includes family medicine, primary and urgent care, medical research and men’s wellness, with medical interests in anti-aging medicine and longevity and regenerative medicine with stem cell therapeutics and how diet and nutrition influences stem cell activation.
Dr. Eichenlaub lives with his wife, Barbara, and their three pets: an African Gray parrot (Nicky), a pure bred Double Dapple Dachshund (Moxie) and a new rescue puppy of mixed breed (Minnie). He enjoys weightlifting/fitness and extensive reading and relaxing in his spare time.
Elise Sterritt, FNP
Elise strives to provide peace of mind while creating positive patient experiences. She enjoys delivering individualized, quality care to improve patients’ health and wellbeing. Elise earned her Master’s of Science in Nursing from Olivet Nazarene University — not too far from her hometown of Chicago, Illinois. She incorporates fitness into her daily routine and likes spending time and traveling with her daughter.

Deepa Kordick, MD
Dr. Kordick is a lifelong Nevadan who is passionate about providing up-to-date management of chronic conditions and the importance of preventive medicine. She earned her medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno and completed her residency in family medicine from the University of Nevada School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine, in Las Vegas.
Nathan Fowler, APRN
Nathan is a certified nurse practitioner, with a significant background and interest in hospice care. He has also worked with the U.S. government involving the care of immigrant children, and he currently provides telehealth mental health services to underprivileged and rural areas in Nevada. Nathan earned his master’s in nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing and his bachelor’s in nursing from Nevada State College. He also holds a bachelor’s in biology with a minor in psychology from Indiana University. Prior to joining the healthcare field, he worked in construction with experience in roofing, residential construction, and as a project engineer on the Las Vegas City Center project.
Nathan lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, boating and outdoor activities.

Specific generic drugs are available in the Union Family Health Center at no cost to you and your family with clinic use. Because we are not a pharmacy, all drugs must be prescribed by the Activate Healthcare provider. If your provider has been prescribing one of these drugs and you want to take advantage of the drugs available at the clinic, please schedule an appointment with the provider at the clinic. If appropriate, they will write you a new prescription and can provide the drug to you. Per Nevada law, drugs can only be dispensed when the prescribing provider is on site at the clinic.
Union Family Health Center can draw your labs onsite at no-cost! We can even draw labs ordered by outside providers. Give us a call at 702-437-0227 to schedule your lab draw appointment.
If we must send you to an outside lab, you will be sent to LabCorp. If you choose not to go to LabCorp, you will be billed and responsible for the charges.
Union Family Health Center ™ is open to provide convenient access to the health care you need. We encourage you to call ahead and not walk in. If you call ahead, we can almost always schedule a time for you on the same day or next day. If you need to reach us outside of normal business hours, call 877-239-9372. A nurse is available 24/7, who can help assess the situation and refer you to a physician or emergency department as needed.
