Jill Rathie, FNP-C

Jill is a certified family nurse practitioner with the philosophy, “One day at a time.” She earned a Master of Science in Nursing – Family Nurse Practitioner from the Chamberlain College of Nursing. In her free time, Jill and her family and friends like doing Escape Rooms. Jill and her partner, Al, have two fur babies living at home. One is a female German Shepherd named Mya, and the other is a male Belgium Malinois named Miles. Jill recently learned how to ice state, so she might be enjoying more of it in the near ­future.

Randolph Kline, MD:

Dr. Kline grew up in Idaho and attended the College of Idaho for his undergraduate education, followed by the University of Washington School of Medicine. While in medical school, Dr. Kline was offered the Health Professionals Scholarship Program and joined the Air Force. He completed his residency training at Travis Air Force Base in northern California, where he served as chief resident during his third year. He then transitioned to Nellis Air Force Base in the Family Health Clinic and most recently the Family Medicine Residency Clinic. Outside of healthcare, Dr. Kline likes running, lifting, tennis, baking, and traveling when he can. He enjoys good food, good wine, and good friends. Dr. Kline’s goal in medicine is to help his patients live full and happy lives. He focuses on preventive health to help his patients enjoy life on their terms, and he enjoys the variety of seeing patients of all ages in family medicine.

Jill McAtee, NP-BC:

Jill began her medical career as a paramedic and flight medic. She then completed nursing school and worked in emergency room medicine for many years before achieving her license as an advanced practice registered nurse (APRN). She served a 3-month fellowship in a busy county emergency room and continued to work there as a provider for two and a half years before joining Everside Health. In all, she has been in the medical field for 35 years. In her free time, Jill enjoys being outside, including landscaping, kayaking, swimming, and camping. She and her husband love watching their two teenagers grow into successful adults. As a healthcare provider, Jill’s goal is to provide the best care by integrating preventive care concepts and education to produce positive outcomes for her patients.

Deepa Kordick, MD

Dr. Kordick is a lifelong Nevadan who is passionate about providing up-to-date management of chronic conditions and the importance of preventive medicine. She earned her medical degree from the University of Nevada School of Medicine in Reno and completed her residency in family medicine from the University of Nevada School of Medicine, Department of Family Medicine, in Las Vegas.

Nathan Fowler, FNP-BC

Nathan is a certified nurse practitioner, with a significant background and interest in hospice care. He has also worked with the U.S. government involving the care of immigrant children, and he currently provides telehealth mental health services to underprivileged and rural areas in Nevada. Nathan earned his master’s in nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing and his bachelor’s in nursing from Nevada State College. He also holds a bachelor’s in biology with a minor in psychology from Indiana University. Prior to joining the healthcare field, he worked in construction with experience in roofing, residential construction, and as a project engineer on the Las Vegas City Center project.

Nathan lives in Las Vegas, Nevada, with his wife and three children. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, boating and outdoor activities.

Select Vaccines Now Available

Medication Dispensing

Specific generic drugs are available in the Union Family Health Center at no cost to you and your family with clinic use. Because we are not a pharmacy, all drugs must be prescribed by the Activate Healthcare provider. If your provider has been prescribing one of these drugs and you want to take advantage of the drugs available at the clinic, please schedule an appointment with the provider at the clinic. If appropriate, they will write you a new prescription and can provide the drug to you. Per Nevada law, drugs can only be dispensed when the prescribing provider is on site at the clinic.

Lab Draw and LabCorp Message

Union Family Health Center can draw your labs onsite at no-cost! We can even draw labs ordered by outside providers. Give us a call at 702-437-0227 to schedule your lab draw appointment.

If we must send you to an outside lab, you will be sent to LabCorp. If you choose not to go to LabCorp, you will be billed and responsible for the charges.

After Hours Care Information

Union Family Health Center ™ is open to provide convenient access to the health care you need. We encourage you to call ahead and not walk in. If you call ahead, we can almost always schedule a time for you on the same day or next day. If you need to reach us outside of normal business hours, call 877-239-9372. A nurse is available 24/7, who can help assess the situation and refer you to a physician or emergency department as needed.
